We are pleased to report that currently we have no known cases of Covid-19 involving residents or staff. Please refer to the attached link for the latest CMOH order 16-2021 which you can copy and paste into your browser.
We are pleased to report that currently we have no known cases of Covid-19 involving residents or staff. Today we swabbed all consenting staff and residents and await the results. While the news is positive, we are seeing a rise in variant cases in the province. There is no guarantee that the vaccines work for these variants so it is important that we all remain diligent in our PPE practices. The vaccine should protect people from severe complications in the event they become Covid-19 positive. In response to Dr. Hinshaws latest order, in the event staff or residents are tested positive for any of the variants we are required to isolate residents and restrict visitation. Thank you for your ongoing support.
